CrossFit & CF Lite Drop in Rate = P500 


CrossFit is the regular class workout. This is for everyone who knows how to do CrossFit or who have already done with the Foundations and at least one (1) month of CF Lite.


This is for anyone who likes to workout with their own programs or training. This is a non-supervised workout. Open Gym is available from Monday - Friday only at 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM only.


CrossFit Lite or CF Lite is a class similar to CrossFit designed to focus on total body workout without weightlifting. This is a good option for those who want high intensity workout but are not ready for regular CrossFit classes. It is recommended to do at least one (1) month of CF Lite before enrolling to CrossFit.


This is your stepping stone to CrossFit Training. We recommend anyone who’s new to CrossFit to enroll to this class. This will teach you the basics, the proper form of the exercises, and how to do the workouts safely. It is recommended to do at least one (1) month of CF Lite before enrolling to CrossFit.





DROP-IN *Drop-in is P500 per session (applicable to CrossFit and CF Lite) *If you have decided to enroll for CrossFit/CF Lite, your drop-in payment of P500 will be deducted to the chosen membership fee/rate (for monthly rates only). Valid only up to 7 days.


CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program whose goal is to prepare you for any physical challenge that comes your way – be it running your next 10k more effortlessly, carrying groceries in one trip, or pulling your boyfriend up a cliff. Best of all – we have a great community who’ll give you constant support and encouragement, and keep you coming back.
What makes it different is that it is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. Also compared to any traditional gym, it is a community where all CrossFitters in every box know each other creating camaraderie.
It is advisable to do CrossFit/CF Lite at least 3 times a week. You may do it every other day – MWF or TTHS. Hence, rest days are in between the workout days. Though if you feel like you need to rest, then take one.
Every class runs no longer than 60 minutes.
No. All those who are interested to do CrossFit for the first time are recommended to take at least 1 month of CF Lite classes and maximum 2 sessions of CF Foundations (2 classes to be taken the last week before the expiration of your CF lite membership). This will teach you the basics, the proper form of the exercise, and how to do the workout safely. Thus, you’ll be fully prepared for the regular WOD classes of CrossFit.
CrossFit can be done by anyone. Indeed, every workout will be challenging. However, we assure you that we will scale every individual to provide the proper workout that will suit your skill level.
No. Regardless if you are male or female, body built depends on a lot of factors such as genetics, rest, nutrition, physical activities / exercises and others. In CrossFit Taft, we will help you achieve your fitness goals. It is known in most CrossFit boxes that people who continuously do CrossFit for at least six (6) months loss vast amount of body fat and attain leaner and fitter physique.
Yes and no. Anything you do, whether it is basketball, running, or even while you’re resting on a hammock may injure you if you don’t do a specific activity correctly. One of CrossFit’s goals is to teach you the functional movements in order to help you improve your strength and flexibility. Therefore, to lower your chances of getting injured on your daily life activities. At CrossFit Taft, we will teach you the proper form of every exercise and do the workout safely.

We recommend CF Lite for beginners. To enroll, just come at least 15 minutes before the CF Lite class you want to attend (see schedule tab). Sign up and pay the fee (see rates tab) and you can already join the class!
